Penilaian kesegaran ikan \r\numumnya \r\ndilakukan \r\nmelalui pengamatan visual mata \r\nikan, yang \r\nbersifat \r\nsubjektif dan \r\nrentan \r\nterhadap \r\ninkonsistensi. Evaluasi kesegaran yang \r\ntidak \r\nakurat dapat \r\nmengurangi kualitas \r\npangan dan \r\nmenimbulkan risiko \r\nkesehatan. Oleh \r\nkarena itu, \r\ndiperlukan metode \r\notomatis dan \r\nobjektif untuk \r\nklasifikasi kesegaran ikan. \r\nPenelitian ini \r\nmenerapkan pendekatan transfer learning \r\nmenggunakan \r\narsitektur EfficientNetV2 untuk \r\nmengklasifikasikan kesegaran ikan \r\nberdasarkan \r\ncitra mata ikan. \r\nDataset diperoleh dari \r\nMendeley Data. Model \r\nEfficientNetV2 yang \r\ntelah dilatih sebelumnya disempurnakan dengan \r\nmemodifikasi lapisan \r\nklasifikasi \r\nakhir untuk \r\nmengklasifikasikan dua \r\nkategori: segar dan \r\ntidak \r\nsegar. \r\nHasil \r\neksper1men menunjukkan bahwa model yang \r\ndikembangkan mampu \r\nmencapai akurasi 87,63%, menunjukkan bahwa \r\nEfficientNetV2 dengan \r\ntransfer \r\nlearning efektif untuk \r\nklasifikasi kesegaran ikan. \r\nSistem ini \r\ndapat \r\ndimanfaatkan \r\noleh pedagang ikan, \r\nindustri perikanan, dan \r\nkonsumen sebagai alat \r\nbantu \r\nuntuk \r\nmengevaluasi kesegaran ikan."^^xsd:string;
