Namun pada praktiknya, pengelolaan arsip sering\r\nkali kurang diperhatikan dan belum berjalan secara optimal. Pengelolaan arsip di\r\nPondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar masih dilakukan secara manual dengan\r\npenyimpanan dokumen fisik di ruang arsip khusus dan secara digital sederhana\r\npada komputer lokal. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti kesulitan\r\ndalam menemukan dokumen, hilangnya data, serta kesulitan dalam proses\r\npengawasan karena belum adanya sistem yang terpusat.\r\nPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi arsip\r\ndigital yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pencarian, pengelolaan, dan\r\npengawasan arsip. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 (CI3)\r\ndengan dukungan teknologi PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Fitur\r\nutama yang tersedia meliputi input arsip, pengelolaan arsip, serta pencarian arsip\r\nyang dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan login serta manajemen pengguna\r\nberdasarkan hak akses.\r\nMelalui pengembangan ini, sistem informasi arsip digital yang dihasilkan\r\ndiharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan arsip di Pondok\r\nPesantren Wali Songo Ngabar.
