Penelitian  ini  bertujuan\r\n untuk  merancang  dan  membangun  \"Sistem  Informasi  Singgah  Loka\"  yang\r\n menerapkan  konsep  multi-role  untuk  membatasi  dan  mengamankan  hak  akses\r\n antar  pengguna  serta  mengintegrasikan  gerbang  pembayaran  online  (payment\r\n gateway)  guna  memfasilitasi  transaksi  non-tunai  yang  otomatis  dan  real-time.\r\n Dengan  menggunakan  metode  pengembangan  sistem  yang  terstruktur,  hasil\r\n implementasi  dan  pengujian  menunjukkan  bahwa  sistem  ini  mampu\r\n menyederhanakan  alur  pemesanan  kamar,  memvalidasi  pembayaran  secara  instan,\r\n serta  meningkatkan  akurasi  pelaporan  data,  yang  pada  akhirnya  mengoptimalkan\r\n efektivitas operasional dan kualitas pelayanan di PT Nazmalogy Loka Lastari."^^xsd:string;
