	bibo:abstract "Pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) pada era digital ini memberikan\r\ndampak signifikan terkait perkembangan teknologi, seperti dalam sektor\r\ntransportasi. Untuk mendukung visi  Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) sebagai kota pintar\r\n(smart city) dibutuhkan aplikasi transportasi yang mampu mempermudah mobilitas\r\nwarganya. Aplikasi IKNOW dikembangan dengan fitur transportasi berbasis digital\r\nyang mudah diakses dan efisien. Dalam pengembangan UI/UX fitur transportasi ini\r\ndibuat dengan beberapa fitur seperti integrasi sistem pelacakan kendaraan secara\r\nreal-time menggunakan teknologi GPS, serta sistem pembayaran berbasis QR code\r\nyang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi.\r\nPendekatan Design Thinking diterapkan dalam pengembangan UI/UX fitur\r\ntransportasi ini. Terdapat lima fase utama: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype,\r\ndan Test.Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam kebutuhan\r\npengguna sehingga menciptakan antarmuka (UI/UX) yang ramah untuk pengguna,\r\nmemudahkan navigasi, dan menyediakan informasi terkait rute dan jadwal\r\nkedatangan bus. Melalui pendekatan ini, aplikasi IKNOW dapat menciptakan\r\npengalaman pengguna yang optimal dan mendukung keberlanjutan transportasi\r\numum dengan mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi.\r\nHasil pengembangan antarmuka (UI/UX) ini mampu berkontribusi pada\r\npengembangan transportasi digital yang efisien mendukung keberlanjutan\r\nlingkungan, serta mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih menggunakan transportasi\r\numum.
