	bibo:abstract "Maraknya kebutuhan komunikasi digital melalui email menuntut adanya\r\nsistem pengelolaan email yang aman, fleksibel, dan terkontrol. PT Fintek Digital\r\nNusantara mengembangkan Unisend sebagai layanan email gateway berbasis\r\nSoftware as a Service (SaaS) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Namun, pada\r\nimplementasi awal, pengelolaan mailbox masih dilakukan secara terpusat melalui\r\ndashboard web administrator. Seluruh akun mailbox diakses melalui satu akun\r\nutama tanpa pemisahan hak akses yang jelas, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan\r\nrisiko terhadap keamanan dan privasi data pengguna, serta kurang mendukung\r\npengelolaan email secara personal. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut,\r\ndikembangkan aplikasi mobile Unisend yang berfokus pada peningkatan\r\npengelolaan mailbox dari sisi pengguna. Aplikasi mobile Unisend dibangun\r\nmenggunakan Flutter dan ditujukan untuk platform Android dan iOS.\r\nPengembangan aplikasi dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, \r\nimplementasi, pengujian, hingga proses deployment. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur \r\npengelolaan email masuk dan keluar, pengarsipan email, pengiriman email,\r\npengelolaan lampiran, push notification, pemantauan statistik penggunaan mailbox,\r\nserta dukungan white label. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi\r\nmobile Unisend berhasil menyediakan pengelolaan mailbox secara individual.\r\nSetiap pengguna dapat mengakses dan mengelola email miliknya sendiri tanpa\r\nbergantung pada dashboard web administrator, sehingga tingkat keamanan dan\r\nprivasi data menjadi lebih terjaga."^^xsd:string;
