	bibo:abstract "Program magang di PT Winnicode Garuda Teknologi dilaksanakan secara\r\njarak jauh (remote), sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan dalam pengelolaan\r\nlaporan, pemantauan progres, serta proses evaluasi kinerja peserta magang.\r\nSebelumnya, pelaporan dilakukan melalui email yang bersifat terpisah-pisah, tidak\r\nterintegrasi, dan menyulitkan mentor dalam memantau kinerja peserta secara\r\nobjektif dan berkelanjutan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan data laporan tidak terpusat,\r\nriwayat evaluasi sulit ditelusuri, serta potensi kesalahan dan keterlambatan dalam\r\nproses penilaian.\r\nUntuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan\r\nmembangun sebuah Sistem Web Monitoring Anak Magang berbasis framework\r\nLaravel dengan menerapkan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Metode\r\npengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem,\r\nimplementasi, pengujian, dan deployment. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur utama\r\nberupa manajemen tugas, pengumpulan laporan, pemberian feedback, evaluasi\r\nkinerja, pengelolaan pengumuman, serta pemantauan proyek tim. Data disimpan\r\nsecara terpusat menggunakan basis data MySQL sehingga dapat diakses secara\r\nreal-time oleh mentor dan peserta magang.\r\nHasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem monitoring berbasis web yang\r\nmampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelaporan dan transparansi kinerja peserta\r\nmagang. Sistem ini membantu mentor dalam memantau progres, memberikan\r\nevaluasi secara terstruktur, serta menyimpan riwayat kinerja peserta secara\r\nsistematis. Sistem ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh PT Winnicode Garuda Teknologi\r\nsebagai sarana pengelolaan magang yang lebih efisien dan akuntabel, serta dapat\r\ndikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung jumlah peserta magang yang lebih\r\nbesar di masa mendatang."^^xsd:string;
