bibo:abstract "Perkembangan layanan musik digital mendorong kebutuhan akan platform\r\nberbasis web yang responsif, efisien, dan legal secara lisensi. Namun, sebagian\r\nbesar layanan musik komersial mensyaratkan izin dan pembayaran royalti,\r\nsehingga tidak dapat digunakan secara bebas dalam proses pengembangan sistem.\r\nKondisi ini memunculkan kebutuhan akan prototipe platform musik berbasis web\r\nyang memanfaatkan konten bebas lisensi sekaligus tetap menyediakan pengalaman\r\ninteraksi yang cepat dan stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan\r\nmengimplementasikan prototipe platform musik berbasis Single Page Application\r\n(SPA) yang legal, responsif, dan efisien, serta mengevaluasi performanya melalui\r\npengukuran Core Web Vitals. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Node.js,\r\nExpress.js, EJS, MySQL, dan AJAX untuk mendukung pemuatan konten secara\r\nasynchronous tanpa memuat ulang halaman secara penuh. Pengembangan\r\ndilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi,\r\nserta evaluasi performa. Evaluasi menggunakan Google Lighthouse dilakukan pada\r\ndua skenario, yaitu Navigation untuk menguji waktu muat awal dan Timespan\r\nuntuk mengukur performa perpindahan halaman parsial. Hasil evaluasi\r\nmenunjukkan bahwa performa aplikasi pada skenario Timespan berada pada\r\nkategori “baik”, terutama pada metrik Interaction to Next Paint (INP) dan\r\nCumulative Layout Shift (CLS), meskipun waktu muat awal masih tinggi akibat\r\nbeban sumber daya awal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengguna\r\numum yang membutuhkan platform musik ringan dan legal, serta oleh pengembang\r\natau institusi yang memerlukan musik bebas lisensi untuk pembelajaran,\r\nprototyping, atau kebutuhan latar audio tanpa risiko pelanggaran hak cipta."^^xsd:string;
