	bibo:abstract "Sistem pemesanan konvensional yang mengandalkan pencatatan manual\r\npada bisnis kuliner sering kali mengakibatkan inefisiensi operasional, seperti\r\nkesalahan komunikasi pesanan, antrian panjang pada jam sibuk, dan hilangnya\r\nnota transaksi yang berdampak negatif pada kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini\r\nbertujuan merancang bangun sistem pemesanan mandiri (self-order) berbasis web\r\nmenggunakan framework Laravel untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan\r\nfokus utama pada pengembangan sisi backend. Metode pengembangan sistem\r\ndilakukan dengan merancang arsitektur REST API yang mencakup manajemen\r\nbasis data relasional, autentikasi menggunakan Laravel Sanctum, serta\r\nimplementasi fitur fungsional seperti manajemen menu, pembuatan kode QR\r\nstatis per meja, dan voucher Wifi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya\r\nlayanan backend yang andal untuk aplikasi web self-order, yang memungkinkan\r\npelanggan melakukan pemesanan dan konfirmasi pembayaran secara mandiri,\r\nserta menyediakan dashboard admin untuk validasi transaksi dan pemantauan\r\npesanan secara real-time.
