      "abstract": "Two Mo N Roe Transport merupakan perusahaan layanan rental mobil di\r\nYogyakarta yang melayani kebutuhan transportasi untuk perjalanan pribadi, wisata,\r\nhingga bisnis. Proses pemesanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui\r\ntelepon atau pesan singkat menyebabkan pelayanan kurang efisien dan rawan\r\nkesalahan pencatatan data pelanggan maupun ketersediaan kendaraan. Oleh karena\r\nitu, dibutuhkan sistem berbasis website yang mampu mempermudah pelanggan\r\ndalam melakukan pemesanan mobil secara daring sekaligus meningkatkan citra\r\nprofesional perusahaan. \r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang User Interface (UI) dan User\r\nExperience (UX) serta mengimplementasikan frontend aplikasi website layanan\r\nrental mobil Two Mo N Roe Transport menggunakan metode Design Thinking.\r\nMetode ini mencakup lima tahapan utama, yaitu empathize, define, ideate,\r\nprototype, dan test, yang berfokus pada pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan untuk\r\nmenghasilkan desain yang mudah digunakan dan berorientasi pada pengalaman\r\npelanggan. \r\nHasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan antarmuka website yang responsif dan\r\ninformatif, serta implementasi frontend berbasis teknologi web modern yang\r\nmendukung pemesanan mobil secara daring. Dengan adanya sistem ini, Two Mo N\r\nRoe Transport diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas\r\njangkauan pelanggan atau pengguna website, dan memberikan pengalaman yang\r\nlebih optimal dalam layanan rental mobil.",
