	bibo:abstract "Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong hadirnya berbagai inovasi dalam\r\nbidang rekrutmen tenaga kerja, salah satunya melalui penggunaan Applicant\r\nTracking System (ATS). ATS berfungsi untuk menyaring curriculum vitae (CV)\r\npelamar kerja secara otomatis sehingga hanya CV yang sesuai standar yang dapat\r\nterbaca dengan baik oleh sistem. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah masih banyak\r\npelamar yang kesulitan dalam menyusun CV yang ramah ATS. Berdasarkan\r\nkondisi tersebut, dibuatlah sistem berbasis web bernama ATSinAJA yang\r\ndiimplementasikan pada PT Nazmalogy Loka Lastari. Aplikasi ini dirancang\r\nuntuk membantu pengguna membuat CV yang sesuai dengan standar ATS dengan\r\nlebih mudah, cepat, dan terstruktur. Fitur utama dalam sistem meliputi form input\r\ndata diri, pengalaman, pendidikan, serta pratinjau langsung CV dengan template\r\nyang dapat disesuaikan. Melalui sistem ini, proses pembuatan CV menjadi lebih\r\nefisien dan hasilnya dapat meningkatkan keterbacaan CV oleh ATS, sehingga\r\nmemberi peluang lebih besar bagi pelamar kerja untuk lolos seleksi tahap awal."^^xsd:string;
