	bibo:abstract "Bengkel Jogja Retrofit Corner memiliki kendala dalam merespon\r\npertanyaan pelanggan mengenai riwayat layanan kendaraannya, seperti kapan\r\nterakhir kali servis, jenis oli yang digunakan, atau status penggantian komponen.\r\nKendala ini disebabkan oleh sistem pencatatan manual yang mengharuskan admin\r\nmencari data pada arsip nota satu per satu, sebuah proses yang lambat dan tidak\r\nefisien. Hal ini berdampak langsung pada menurunnya kualitas dan kecepatan\r\nlayanan, terutama saat pelanggan membutuhkan informasi riwayatnya secara\r\ncepat dan akurat. \r\nUntuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan\r\nmengimplementasikan sebuah sistem informasi pencatatan servis kendaraan\r\nberbasis web. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP\r\ndengan framework CodeIgniter 4 dan basis data MySQL untuk menampung data\r\ntransaksi servis yang kemudian diolah secara otomatis menjadi riwayat kendaraan\r\n(service record). Setiap riwayat terhubung dengan nomor polisi (plat nomor)\r\nkendaraan, memungkinkan admin untuk melakukan pencarian data secara instan\r\nmelalui perangkat mobile maupun desktop. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan\r\nbahwa sistem ini berhasil mempermudah dan mempercepat admin dalam\r\nmemberikan informasi yang akurat kepada pelanggan, sehingga menjadi solusi\r\nefektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan di\r\nbengkel."^^xsd:string;
