Masalah utama yang dihadapi sebelum penerapan\r\nsistem ini adalah pengelolaan pengiriman yang masih manual, tidak efektif, serta\r\nrentan terhadap kesalahan manusia (human error). Integrasi sistem ini mencakup\r\nalur kerja yang dimulai dari validasi Sales Order (SO), pengecekan stok dan\r\nproses picking-packing berdasarkan prinsip FIFO di S2 WMS, hingga\r\nperencanaan rute otomatis dan penugasan armada di platform Zyllem.
