Twitter (X) sebagai platform real-time menjadi ruang yang mencerminkan sentimen publik secara spontan, termasuk pada isu viral “Bubarkan DPR” yang mencuat sebagai bentuk ketidakpuasan terhadap kinerja legislatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kecenderungan sentimen publik terhadap isu tersebut menggunakan Support Vector Classifier. Data yang digunakan berjumlah 2.165 cuitan yang melalui proses pelabelan, prapemrosesan, dan klasifikasi sentimen positif serta negatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Support Vector Classifier memiliki performa sangat baik dengan akurasi 84% dan weighted F1-Score 81% (presisi 83%, recall 84%). Model secara konsisten menghasilkan performa tertinggi pada sentimen negatif (F1-Score 90%) yang juga menjadi kelompok dominan dalam dataset.
