	bibo:abstract "Masyarakat saat ini aktif menyampaikan opini mengenai berbagai isu\r\npendidikan melalui media sosial, khususnya Twitter, termasuk mengenai\r\nKurikulum Merdeka. Namun, analisis sentimen konvensional belum memadai\r\nuntuk memahami persepsi publik secara menyeluruh tanpa adanya pemetaan topik\r\ndan penanganan terhadap ambiguitas serta sarkasme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmengembangkan sistem analisis sentimen dan pemetaan topik terkait Kurikulum\r\nMerdeka dengan mengintegrasikan model hybrid IndoRoBERTa-BiLSTM dan\r\noptimasi Rule-Based Heuristik. Model IndoRoBERTa digunakan untuk ekstraksi\r\nfitur berbasis transformer, sedangkan BiLSTM menangani ketergantungan jangka\r\npanjang dalam teks. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi, diterapkan algoritma Rule-Based\r\nHeuristik guna memperbaiki klasifikasi sentimen pada teks yang ambigu atau\r\nsarkastik. Pemetaan topik dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Keyword-Based\r\nClassifier dan Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), yang hasilnya\r\ndivisualisasikan dalam dashboard Streamlit untuk analisis interaktif. Penelitian ini\r\nmenggunakan data tekstual dari Twitter dengan kata kunci “Kurikulum Merdeka”\r\nperiode 2023-2024 dengan total 11.564 data tweet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan\r\nbahwa kombinasi model ini mampu menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 0,96, dengan\r\nnilai precision 0,91, recall 0,97, dan F1-score 0,93. Integrasi Rule-Based Heuristik\r\nterbukti efektif dalam menangani kesalahan klasifikasi akibat sarkasme, sementara\r\npemetaan topik berhasil mengidentifikasi isu dominan yang relevan dengan\r\nkebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia."^^xsd:string;
