Dalam industri kreatif digital, kebutuhan\r\nterhadap karya visual berkualitas tinggi semakin meningkat, terutama pada proyek\r\nilustrasi dan visual novel yang memerlukan penggambaran latar tempat yang\r\nkompleks dan imersif. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan teknik photobashing\r\n3D dalam pembuatan background 2D untuk proyek bertema futuristik berjudul\r\nKannagi Project yang dikerjakan melalui platform Fiverr. Permasalahan utama\r\nyang dihadapi adalah bagaimana menciptakan desain interior ruang kelas bergaya\r\nJepang dengan nuansa teknologi tinggi sesuai dengan permintaan klien. Dalam\r\npenyelesaiannya, penulis menerapkan teknik photobashing berbasis model 3D\r\nuntuk menyusun struktur ruangan, menentukan arah cahaya, serta membangun\r\nkomposisi visual, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses digital painting guna\r\nmenyatukan elemen visual menjadi satu kesatuan ilustrasi 2D yang utuh. Hasil\r\npenelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan elemen 3D sebagai dasar visual dapat\r\nmembantu digital artist dalam menjaga konsistensi bentuk, pencahayaan, dan arah\r\nperspektif.
