(Studi Kasus: Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta)</mods:title></mods:titleInfo><mods:name type="personal"><mods:namePart type="given">Triyono</mods:namePart><mods:namePart type="family">Triyono</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm type="text">author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:abstract>Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun jadwal kuliah yang feasible dan&#13;
berkualitas untuk 17 cohort, 116 sesi, 41 dosen, dan 19 ruang (14 teori, 5&#13;
laboratorium). Variabel keputusan dibatasi pada penugasan tiap sesi ke slot waktu&#13;
dan ruang. Hard constraint meliputi tidak ada bentrok dosen/cohort/ruang,&#13;
kesesuaian kapasitas dan tipe ruang, serta kepatuhan terhadap slot terblokir;&#13;
sedangkan soft constraint meminimalkan penempatan sesi pada slot S1/S8 dan&#13;
memastikan hari bebas cohort. Metode analisis menggabungkan CSP menggunakan&#13;
Google OR-Tools CP-SAT untuk penegakan batasan dan perhitungan penalti, serta&#13;
Genetic Algorithm untuk eksplorasi; solusi GA terbaik dijadikan hint untuk&#13;
pemolesan akhir oleh CP-SAT.&#13;
Eksperimen pada dataset membandingkan CSP murni, GA murni, dan &#13;
hibrida. CP-SAT murni mencapai objective 0 dalam ±5 detik pada bobot (w_s1=1, &#13;
w_s8=1, w_free_day=12), seluruh hard constraint terpenuhi dan setiap cohort&#13;
memperoleh hari bebas. GA murni menghasilkan jadwal feasible namun penalti soft&#13;
lebih tinggi (objective 43) dan beban harian kurang seimbang. Pendekatan hibrida&#13;
menurunkan penalti dari solusi GA (objective 40) serta memperbaiki keseimbangan&#13;
beban tanpa pelanggaran hard constraint. Pada bobot institusi (1/1/8), peningkatan&#13;
intensitas GA menurunkan objective dari 52 (populasi 8, generasi 6) menjadi 42&#13;
(populasi 12, generasi 10).&#13;
Kesimpulannya, CP-SAT efektif menjamin kelayakan dan refinement&#13;
cepat, sedangkan GA bermanfaat untuk eksplorasi preferensi ketika konfigurasi&#13;
bobot membuat optimasi lebih sulit. Kombinasi GA-CP-SAT menghasilkan jadwal&#13;
