Abstract

Putra Lapang’s Store is a shop in the town of Cilacap Gandrungmangu that sells a wide variety of household goods such as rice, gas, toiletries and others. Until now, Putra Lapang’s Store still use information systems manually. Because it is still using manual system is probable errors as less effective and efficient in the sales transaction. So, Putra Lapang’s Store based applications require a computerized system to facilitate the sales transaction. Based on the above problems, this study was conducted using observation and interviews with store owners to obtain the data needed to bulid the application. Making this application uses a Windows-based software is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and uses MySQL 2000 database.
