Abstract
Sistem Informasi Informasi Inventori pada Apotek Tempel Sleman ini merupakan sistem yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pemilik apotek tempel sleman dalam pemantauan data stok obat yang akan habis, serta informasi yang akan di akses oleh pemilik dapat dengan mudah di lakuan dimana saja, kapan saja, tanpa harus datang langsung ke Apotek . Pada skripsi ini, Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data, pengembangan, testing dan analisis yang menggunakan metode analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Eficiency, Services). Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Aplikasi Sistem Inventori pada Apotek Tempel Sleman Berbasis Web dapat membantu pemilik apotek tempel sleman dalam hal informasi stok obat yang akan habis dan laporan stok obat yang menampilkan harga dan stok sehingga pemilik dapat mengetahui kas seluruh obat yang belum terjual.
